Why Choose “Walk/Talk Therapy”?
Traditional office sessions can sometimes feel restrictive and uncomfortable for some people. To address this, I offer a unique opportunity to conduct in-person therapy in a more open and relaxed environment. By meeting at a coffee shop or park and going for a walk together, we can break down the walls of discomfort. The location will be determined during the initial evaluation.
Please note that weather conditions will determine the availability of a “Walk/Talk” therapy session. If weather conditions do not permit, clients have the option to switch to a virtual or in-office appointment.
Meet-Up Options
